• *Martin*: Martin obtained his Certified Accountant qualification in 2005 and joined Ullyott Limited in 2013. As a dedicated and forward-thinking professional, Martin has expanded his client base and excels in providing a thorough, friendly, and approachable service. He is focused on helping clients understand their tax liabilities and evaluating the commercial aspects of their businesses for possible savings.

• *Nick*: After graduating from Hull University and working at a building society, Nick joined the practice in 2010. He became a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2012 and earned his Association of Taxation Technicians qualification in 2015. Nick handles accounts and VAT returns, has experience with various software, and advises clients on their accountancy and taxation needs.

• *Jamie*: With a degree from Northumbria University, Jamie joined the practice in March 2014. He has earned his Accounting Technician qualifications and is experienced in handling accounts and VAT returns. Jamie's role also includes working with personal and corporate tax as well as advising clients on their accountancy and taxation needs.
