Our Director

Our Director, Justin Smith-Milne FCCA, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Registered Auditor. With many years of experience in SME accounts and taxation, Justin specializes in providing advice on business strategy, profitability, and tax minimization to owner-managed businesses.

Our History

Our office has a long-established and respected reputation, being local to Rickmansworth and the surrounding areas. Our company has a rich history, with our original firm, B P Baxter & Co, formed in 1981. Over the years, we have expanded through acquisitions, including Sloan & Co, A Gibson Taxation Services, Cavendish & Co, and Raymond C Fowler FCA T/A Fowler & Trembling.
