Managing Partners' Inner Circle

Our Inner Circle is a select group of leaders of ambitious firms with fees of 2m to 5m. This program provides an open, candid, and constructive debate on pressing challenges and opportunities across the firms. We believe that sharing experiences and learning from others can help firms overcome the common challenges they face.

Future Finest Programme

This program is designed to help ambitious firms identify and develop the skills and habits of their leaders and managers. By investing in the knowledge, skills, and habits of their leaders and managers, firms can build the results they desire. Our director, Paul Shrimpling, has a deep passion for the accountancy profession. He has experience growing a successful manufacturing business from scratch and has bought from several accountancy firms. His experience underpins his passion and determination to challenge accountants to better connect with their team and clients, and to connect people to the numbers that influence future results.
