I began my accountancy career in 1989, progressing to become a tax manager over 13 years. During this time, I accumulated a wealth of experience in accountancy, taxation and business management. I realised my desire to work more directly with individuals running small businesses, leading me to establish my own accountancy practice in 2002. This decision allowed me to provide tailored support to clients while maintaining a close presence in my local community, enabling me to balance my professional ambitions with my family life.
