Bookkeeping Services

I offer bookkeeping services for sole traders and small businesses that need regular bookkeeping at a frequency to suit. I can also bring your books up to date if required. My fees are dependent on your individual circumstances, so please contact me to discuss your particular needs.

Self Assessment Tax Return

I can manage your year-end accounts, calculate the tax owed, and complete your Tax Return. I can also deal with HMRC directly on your behalf with your authorisation if required. If you are unsure whether you need to complete a self-assessment tax return, some common reasons include:

• You're self-employed
• You're a company director (some exceptions exist)
• You've untaxed income of 2,500 or more, eg, from renting out a property
• You need to pay capital gains tax
• You or your partner have income over 50,000 and one of you claimed child benefit
• You've received an email or letter from HMRC asking you to send one

VAT Returns

I can provide quarterly VAT returns, including under Making Tax Digital. Regular reporting to assess the position of your business - Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and any other reports as appropriate.

Year End Accounts

I can prepare and submit your year-end accounts for sign off and submission. If your company qualifies and is suitable for using the micro-entity accounts regime, I am able to submit the accounts to Companies House and prepare and submit your corporation tax return, removing the need for an accountant.

Payroll Services

I provide payroll services, including payroll, time sheets, employee records, statutory submissions, and auto-enrolment.
