Fees
Our standard fees are competitive and transparent. We offer discounts for clients who pay by monthly standing order in advance or throughout the year. Our fees are clearly outlined in the following sections:
Company Formation
Opening/Starting Company: 15 - 230 (minimum to comprehensive)
Limited Company Registration: 25 - 45 per tax
De-registration: 25 - 45 per tax
Company Dissolving
Closing/Ceasing Company: 10 - 150 (minimum to comprehensive)
De-registration: 25 - 45 per tax
Self-Assessment
Tax Return - Core pages: 55 (reduced fee for simplicity and volume)
Self-Assessment - SA100: 55 (reduced fee for simplicity and volume)
Payroll/Pensions/VAT Returns: 10 - too many variables to list
Annual Accounts
Annual Accounts: 50 - 600 (standard fee per set, starts from 50% reduction if prepared from FAS Management Accounts)
Annual Accounts - FBI only: 300 (standard fee per set, starts from 50% reduction if prepared from FAS Management Accounts)
Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping Services: 25 per hour
Bookkeeping Packages (Simple): 25 per year
Bookkeeping Packages (Enhanced): 45 per year
Tax Returns
Tax Return - Core pages: 55 (reduced fee for simplicity and volume)
Self-Assessment - SA100: 55 (reduced fee for simplicity and volume)
Payroll/Pensions/VAT Returns: 10 - too many variables to list
