His legacy was carried forward by Ron Pegg, who joined the firm in 1951, and together they founded the Griffiths and Pegg name.
Today, the firm is led by its current directors, Adrian Grainger and Rachel Clarke, who have over 55 years of service with the firm. With their depth of experience and expertise, they have continued to evolve the practice, maintaining the traditional values of the founders while embracing the challenges of the 21st century business landscape.

Adrian Grainger, FCA, BSc (Hons), ARCS (Director): Adrian trained with BDO Binder Hamlyn (now part of Deloitte) in Birmingham before joining Griffiths and Pegg in 1992. He became a partner in 1995 and has since concentrated on corporate accounting, auditing, and taxation.
Rachel Clarke, FCCA (Director): Rachel joined Griffiths and Pegg in 1985 after attending King Edward VI College in Stourbridge. She qualified as an AAT and continued her training with the firm, becoming a partner in 1995.
