Established in 1990 by Paul Collins, our mission is to provide expert accountancy and tax services to businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to large corporations. History
Paul Collins, the founder of Collins & Co, began his career as an articled clerk with a mid-sized firm of Chartered Accountants in Lancashire. During his training, he worked with businesses of all sizes, from small contractors to large PLCs. Following his qualification, Paul worked for smaller firms of Chartered Accountants in the Merseyside area to further expand his experience and knowledge. The opportunity then arose for Paul to start his own business in Ormskirk, which he expanded to the practice it is today. After the requisite period since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Paul was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
