JPC Financial Limited is a reputable accountancy firm that has been providing clients with comprehensive financial services since 1989. Our company began as a trading division of Berkeley St James's Financial Management Limited, based in Westminster. Following successful mergers and a management buy-out, the company has grown and prospered, and we are proud to have been serving clients in the Surrey and M4 corridor/City of London areas for over two decades.

Our aim is to continue to grow modestly year on year, and we currently administer the accounting services of at least 500 clients. With a solid base of expertise and a strong team of five professionals, JPC Financial Limited offers clients a wide range of accountancy and tax services, tailored to meet individual and business needs.

At JPC Financial Limited, we provide clients with a comprehensive accountancy service at a fixed, pre-arranged, annual fee. We take pride in assuming the full-time position of your company's Financial Controller, allowing you to focus on your business operations. Our services include:

• Accountants and Tax: Our accountants provide annual accounts, management accounts, tax computations, and compliance, as well as company secretarial support. We offer a free initial consultation and work closely with clients to ensure that their financial needs are met.
• Self Assessment: We provide self assessment tax returns and HMRC registrations, ensuring that clients' tax obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Business and Start-up: We offer advice on self-employed vs limited liability, HMRC registrations, and company formations, and provide a free initial meeting and guide for business start-ups.
• Bookkeeping and VAT: We offer fixed fees in advance for bookkeeping and VAT services, with monthly, quarterly, and annual options available. Our services include VAT returns and compliance, online filing and payments, and protection for tax investigations.
• Payroll: Our payroll services include competitive rates, online facilities, and protection for tax investigations.

Our Team

Our team of five professionals has a wealth of experience in the accountancy and tax fields. Our Managing Director, Phil Parker, handles the day-to-day tax planning, business development, and general administration of the office. Our senior accounts consultants, Pauline Thorp and Neil Brenton, work closely with clients to ensure that their financial needs are met. Sian Dearan provides PA and office management support, and our bookkeeping database is split equally between three experienced processing consultants.
