Our Story

As a local business owner with years of experience in administration and bookkeeping, Claire decided to take the leap and start her own venture, Keep Booking. With a strong background in office experience, Claire has worked in various roles, including as a Director of an IT company, and has a broad understanding of all aspects of a business. Her experience has given her the ability and confidence to set up on her own and help other businesses with their day-to-day office requirements.

We offer a range of bookkeeping and administration services tailored to meet the needs of small to medium-sized businesses and sole traders. Our services include:

• Bookkeeping: data input, bank reconciliation, purchase invoices, supplier payments, management reports, self-assessments, VAT returns, stock taking/inventory, credit control, cash flow management, ROI/actual vs budget reports, and payroll & CIS
• Administration Support and Business Solutions: PA/VA services, filing, minute taking, diary management, organising travel, ordering, issue of newsletters, social media management, and consultation on CRM systems and software solutions.

We can work remotely or on-site, and our fees are flexible, with options for hourly or fixed fees.
