We are a dedicated small business that looks after the books of other small businesses. Our proprietor, Carol, established this enterprise after several years of working for others, choosing to use her extensive knowledge and experience to help many small businesses succeed. We have worked within finance for over 15 years, including 12 years specifically in credit control roles, carrying out payroll, reconciliations, and payment queries. Our background includes working for both large FTSE 100 companies and small local businesses, providing us with experience of the differences and how things can change in an instant. We hold a level 3 diploma with the Association of Accounting Technicians and continue to study, as we are always looking to expand our knowledge.

Credit control is our passion, as we love to build relationships between clients and their customers, and believe this is the way to get the best out of people. We understand that starting and running a small business is a challenge which can be really rewarding. Our professional standards are further demonstrated through active membership in the Peterborough Lions Club, where we have held several roles including those of treasurer and president.
