Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer, a Dorking resident, had a disappointing encounter at the office when they visited to get a passport photo signed by an accountant. Despite offering to pay any amount, they were refused help by the staff, who were too busy decorating a Christmas tree to attend to their request.
Lack of Empathy and Unwillingness to Help
The reviewer was unwilling to disturb their local doctor or friends in the police during the COVID-19 pandemic, but was shocked by the office's lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist. They felt that the staff were more concerned with earning high fees and enjoying their festive decorations than with helping a local resident in need.
