Founded in 2018 by serial entrepreneur Mark Spolander and chartered accountant Samantha Newport, the firm was created with a clear purpose: to provide businesses with forward-thinking support rather than purely reactive, compliance-led services. I am a CIMA-qualified professional, having gained over 20 years of experience in the fields of finance and accountancy. My career commenced as a commercial accountant, and subsequently, I co-founded Modus Accountants in early 2018.

Since its inception, Modus has expanded into a team of nine members, providing support to hundreds of clients spanning various industries. The experience of establishing a business from its foundation has been highly rewarding, and I take pride in the business and the team that we have established.
