From April 2023, all businesses must use digital software for submissions to HMRC, a requirement already applying to VAT-registered businesses with turnover above 85,000. Over 80% of our clients use QuickBooks or Xero, providing secure access and accurate information. We offer real-time business performance and tax budgeting insights, alongside guidance on using either system.
Our bookkeeping and accounts service is designed around your individual business requirements. We can review an existing bookkeeping system to help ensure costs, capital allowances and tax credits are captured, or manage the paperwork on your behalf. We also prepare compliant annual and management accounts, explaining the results clearly and without unnecessary jargon.
Starting a business involves more than developing a good idea, which is why we provide professional financial guidance from the beginning. Our experience covers business planning, cash flow forecasting, financial statements, budgeting and identifying funding sources. We handle relevant paperwork, help maintain regulatory compliance and provide QuickBooks and Xero support, including guidance on Making Tax Digital.

I can't recommend LeeP Accountants highly enough. This year I was relocated to Rome from the UK for work, which has proven very chaotic in terms of my personal finances! In late November I found myself suddenly needing to submit a UK tax return at short notice, and needed help. Not knowing where best to turn - I asked my trusted mortgage broker (who has always shown superb judgement) if he knew a good accountant. He recommended Polly and the team without hesitation - and I'm extremely glad I listened to him. Polly and LeeP financial are just amazing. They will answer any question not matter how stupid. They are always on hand to help and is are friendly and approachable. They have saved us thousands too! If you don't have an accountant you need to use LeeP financial. If you do have an account then you need to switch. You just cant get better service!
