MJR Bookkeeping is a small, family-run company, with over 30 years of combined experience in the bookkeeping and accounts industry. Our combined qualifications include ICB Level 1 Manual Bookkeeping, ICB Level 2 Manual Bookkeeping, and ICB Level 2 Computerised Bookkeeping. We understand that every business is unique, and we strive to provide a tailor-made solution for our clients.

Services We Provide

At MJR Bookkeeping, we realise that you need time to focus on running your business. We can take some of that worry away from you, so you can concentrate on what you're really good at. Our services include:

• General Bookkeeping: We will look after your books on a monthly basis, providing reports on request, such as profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, creditors, and debtors.
• Payroll: We can take care of every aspect of your payroll, including weekly or monthly pay figures, and sending you the relevant information to pay your staff and HMRC.
• VAT Returns: We will work with you to provide a seamless service, submitting your VAT return electronically to the HMRC, and providing full reports on your VAT return.
• Self Assessment Tax Returns: We specialise in sole traders and the self-employed, and understand that self-assessment tax returns can be daunting. We will continue to submit your tax returns each year, or assist with bookkeeping and take care of the returns.
• Credit Control/Debtor Management: We can work with you to help bring in funds from customers who may be difficult to collect payments from.

Pricing Guide

We like to keep things simple, with a flat fee of 20 per hour for all our services. If you use our credit control/debtor management service, there is an extra surcharge of 20 per month. We believe this is a reasonable and transparent pricing structure.
