At Kamal Hossain & Co, we take pride in being a long-established and respected firm of Chartered Accountants. With over 40 years of experience, we have built a reputation for providing professional services of the highest standard, with a personalized touch.

Our Team

Our principal, Kamal Hossain, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. With over 20 years of experience in dealing with a wide range of businesses, Kamal has a deep understanding of the needs of individuals and organizations. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Kamal has also gained valuable experience in the financial sector.

Our practice manager, Mitul TS Khan, is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with extensive experience in dealing with various businesses. Mitul is actively involved in providing advice and guidance to our clients, and has played a key role in the growth and development of our practice.

Our payroll manager, Rosemarie Hossain, has been with the firm since its inception. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience in dealing with our clients' payroll, VAT returns, and general bookkeeping services.

Our IT network support, Simon Hossain, has been with the firm since 2003, providing expertise in computer-related work and upgrades. Our accounts and bookkeeping support, Sheetal Patel, has been with the firm since 1997 and is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant.

Services We Offer

• Accounts Preparation: Preparation of annual financial statements based on bookkeeping, PAYE records, and other information supplied to us, where appropriate, filing a copy of the accounts to the Companies House.

• Book Keeping: Writing up sales and purchase daybook, cash book, and petty cash book. Checking entries on bank statements with cash book and reconciling the balance.

• General Consultancy: Providing general advice and guidance in solving financial and tax matters, including business planning and raising finance.

• Taxation: Preparing schedule D computations, including capital allowances, personal tax returns, and supplementary returns based on business accounts, income from land and property, employment earnings, and capital gains, as appropriate.

• Capital Gain Tax: Advising and dealing with tax arising from the disposal of fixed assets.

• Inheritance Tax: Offering tax planning designed to minimize tax liabilities within the legal structure.

Other Services

In addition to our routine services, we can also provide non-routine services upon request. These services may include:

• Preparation of periodic management accounts, budgets, and cash flow statements
