Our Team

Our practice is led by Colin Hastings, a seasoned insolvency expert with over 40 years of experience, and his daughter, Linda Hastings, a qualified Insolvency Practitioner with over 24 years of experience. Together, they have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in handling various insolvency cases, including personal and corporate insolvency cases. Colin is an accredited Reporter on Insolvency matters with the Court of Session and Glasgow Sheriff Court.
