Our History

Our firm was founded in 1944 by a group of accountants who shared a passion for serving the agricultural industry. Since its inception, Spencer Fellows & Co has continued to serve the agricultural sector, with over half of our fee income coming from this sector. Our client base extends from the Thames in Essex to Norfolk and as far west as Oxford. Many of our clients have been with us since the early days of the firm, and we take pride in our long-standing relationships with them.

Our Partners

Our partners, Richard Harman and Richard Worboys, are both highly experienced and qualified chartered accountants. Richard Harman has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, having worked with clients in this field since 1984. Richard Worboys has specialized in the agricultural sector since 1989 and has a strong understanding of the complex tax planning and accounting requirements of farmers and landowners.
