Poor Customer Service and Lack of Professionalism
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with BKL's customer service and professionalism. Some have reported being treated like just another number, with the firm's main priority being to make as much money as possible. A heavy 13-page legal "letter of engagement" is presented, which is inflexible and unamendable. Spelling mistakes in the legals have also been noted, lack of attention to detail. Unprofessional communication has also been reported, with some reviewers not receiving a response to their queries.
