Our company was founded by Mark Allen as a sole trader over 15 years ago and became a Limited company in 2002. We have grown rapidly without relying on extensive marketing, with the majority of our clients coming from recommendations from our existing clients. We have a strong commitment to providing a tailored service to each client, agreeing a fee in advance and offering a free consultation for new clients.

Our Team

We are proud to have a team of experienced professionals, including our founder Mark Allen, who has over 15 years of experience in taxation and accounting. He specialises in tax planning for small and medium-sized businesses, ensuring that clients benefit from the most tax-efficient solutions. We also have Sarah Allen, who has over 10 years of experience in company accounts, joining us from a top 10 accountancy firm. She heads up our management accounts service, bringing expertise from small businesses to large investment companies.
