*Alex Reynolds, Managing Partner*

With a solid background from a Global accountancy practice, Alex's training and early years provided a sound foundation for his chartered accountancy qualification. His experience as a Finance Director in the construction industry during a recession has given him a unique insight into the challenges faced by businesses in difficult times. Now managing his own firm of chartered accountants, Alex's real-world business experience allows him to understand and support his growing portfolio of SME clients fully.

*Martin Collins, Director*

Martin has had successes working in the PLC world and the SME sector as an owner manager. He enjoys the cut and thrust of the challenges at the coal face and has sat in negotiations around boardroom tables in the City. Martin is passionate about the SME sector and is committed to supporting and growing his own businesses by working with successful clients, ensuring that their drive and passion aren't held back.

*Kayne Dunne, Head of Tax*

Kayne started his career in a small firm assisting SME business owners with their back-office requirements. Following his bookkeeping qualification, he moved to a top 15 accountancy firm to complete his chartered certified accountancy qualification, predominantly working on audit clients. He then moved to the tax team, where he was responsible for managing the portfolio of Corporate clients, exposing him to a wide variety of clients and industries. Kayne has experience in many areas of tax planning and is keen to understand the nature of his client's businesses to work with them in providing proactive tax advice, taking into consideration their current and future business and personal plans.
